- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wanted to give them a 0 star rating but that wasnt possible. I called every wells fargo from indiana to Kansas city I could get no help. All I wanted to do was cancel my card cause it was stolen but I couldnt cause I couldnt get through to speak with someone so while I was trying to get ahold of some one the person who stole my card was fill in their tank and buy expensive thingsBy Stacy Navarre, December 22, 2016
- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I just go to this location for the ATM. But when you cancel your card you just call the 800 number. And as far as funds being withheld go , my experience is different , I use Wells Fargo because when I deposit money it is available immediately. I'm not sure where the holding of funds comes from? My account has overdraft protection which allows it to be overdrawn by several hundred dollars. This is a double-edged sword what has been a Saving Grace for me overall. My guess is that the other review had overdraft protection and was technically totally able to overdraw but would still be the tellers fault for not bringing it to attention that her account would be overdrawn if the transaction went through.By Michelle michelle, December 06, 2016
